1. Who we are
This website is operated by Olystra ("we", "us", "our"). Full company details are set out in our Legal Notice. You can reach us at openthedoorlife@gmail.com.
2. Scope
These terms govern every order placed on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have read and accepted these terms.
3. Products
We sell shapewear and body-smoothing underwear. Product photographs are provided by our manufacturing partners and are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen. Measurements given in size charts are indicative and may vary by 1–2 cm.
Our products are garments, not medical devices. They are designed for comfort and appearance, and make no therapeutic or weight-loss claim.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes applicable in the European Union. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
5. Placing an order
Your order becomes final once you confirm it and payment is accepted. We then send you a confirmation email summarising your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, by the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted. We never have access to your full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, rates, and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If delivery is significantly delayed, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund in accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
EU customers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from their order, and we extend this to 30 days. Conditions, including hygiene requirements for underwear, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
9. Legal guarantees
All our products come with the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). These guarantees are free of charge and independent of any commercial policy we offer.
10. Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of your order. We cannot be held liable for damage arising from misuse of a product, from normal wear, or from failure to follow the care instructions provided with each item.
11. Personal data
We process your data in accordance with the GDPR, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute resolution
Please contact us first at openthedoorlife@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve the matter, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
